Terms of Service
1. What Mike AI is
Mike AI is an AI assistant you talk to by text or voice. It generates responses automatically. It is not a person, and it is not a professional adviser. It is not a licensed appraiser, real estate agent or broker, mechanic, vehicle inspector, contractor, or engineer. Nothing it says is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
2. Your account
You need an account to use some features. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you actually control; we use it to reach you about your subscription. One person per account.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Mike AI is offered as a paid monthly subscription at the price shown in the checkout experience, billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- The free trial runs 7 days when a trial is offered, with no card required to start. If you never add a payment method, the subscription ends when the trial does and you are not charged. If you add a payment method, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal inside the app; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Prices can change. If they do, we'll tell you by email before it affects you.
4. SMS program terms
Mike AI (Doer Tough) may send SMS messages to a mobile number you provide after you opt in, including account alerts, reminders, deal alerts, and support messages from (888) 759-7174.

- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Verbal opt-in script: “By giving us your number, you agree to receive texts from Mike AI (Doer Tough) about your account, alerts, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
5. Carbon commitment
Doer Tough intends to contribute 1% of each Mike AI subscription toward permanent carbon removal through Stripe Climate. Contributions are subject to Stripe Climate's program terms and availability.
6. Service access and voice time
Paid plans include typed chat and deal cards, plus a monthly allowance of voice time with Mike. Plans differ in how much voice time they include; see the pricing page. If you reach your plan's voice allowance, Mike tells you, and voice pauses until the next month's allowance starts. Typed chat and deal cards keep working.
You are never billed for extra use. There are no overage or per-minute charges. If a plan with more voice time is available, Mike may offer it, and your plan and price change only if you confirm.
Use without an account, and use on a free account, is limited, and those limits can change. To protect the service from abuse, fraud, automated misuse, or unusual activity that could affect other customers, Doer Tough may also apply reasonable limits on how often the service can be used.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Mike AI to break the law, to harass anyone, to generate content that sexualizes minors, to impersonate someone, or to attack the service. Don't try to extract other users' data or resell access. We can suspend accounts that do these things.
8. What Mike AI says
AI output can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Check anything that matters before acting on it — especially numbers, prices, legal points, and anything about your money or health. You are responsible for decisions you make.
Vehicle, property, and job estimates. Mike's deal cards and estimates are a starting point for your own checking. They are not an appraisal, an inspection, a bid, or an offer.
- Vehicles. Comparable prices are asking prices from public listings unless the card says otherwise; they are not sold prices. Recall and complaint information comes from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and can be incomplete or out of date. Mike does not check title, lien, theft, flood, or accident history. Get a vehicle history report and an inspection by an independent mechanic before you pay.
- Property. Values, rents, comparable listings, and repair costs are estimates built from outside data and from what you tell Mike. They are not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or a home inspection. Confirm the numbers with a licensed appraiser, agent, inspector, lender, or attorney before you make an offer.
- Construction and job estimates. Job estimates are rough budget ranges based on typical costs and the details you give. They are not a bid, a quote, or a contract. Real costs depend on the site, local labor and material prices, permits, and building codes. Get written quotes from licensed contractors.
Doer Tough LLC does not buy, sell, broker, finance, or insure vehicles or property, and is not a party to any deal you make.
9. Your content
Your content remains yours. You give Doer Tough LLC permission to process what you type, say, or send (including photos) as needed to operate and improve the service, including sending it to the AI and other service providers that generate responses, provide voice or related functionality, and support the service. We may store conversations so you can return to them.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Mike AI running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on outside providers, and those providers occasionally break.
11. Liability
Mike AI is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Doer Tough LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12. Ending things
You can stop using Mike AI and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that tax is included, tax is added to the displayed price. The final amount and billing currency are shown before you confirm your purchase.
For purchases identified at checkout as sold through Link, Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, and transaction support. Doer Tough LLC remains responsible for providing the app and product support. You can manage these purchases at Link and contact Link support about payments or refunds. The payment terms shown at checkout apply to those transactions.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
