Refund Policy
The free trial
Mike AI starts with 7 days free, and no card is required to start. If you never add a payment method, the subscription simply ends when the trial does and you are never charged. If you do add one, cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal without contacting support.
After the trial
Subscriptions bill monthly at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax unless tax is included. You can cancel any time, and access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't automatically refund partial months.
When we will refund
- You were charged after successfully cancelling.
- You were charged twice for the same billing period.
- The service was substantially unavailable or broken for a meaningful part of your billing period.
- You were charged after the free trial and contact us within 14 days of that charge to request a refund because you intended to cancel before the trial ended.
Contact [email protected] using the email address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after they are issued, depending on the payment provider.
How to cancel
Open Mike AI and click Manage billing. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription or update your payment method.
For purchases identified at checkout as sold through Link, Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, and transaction support. Doer Tough LLC remains responsible for providing the app and product support. You can manage these purchases at Link and contact Link support about payments or refunds. The payment terms shown at checkout apply to those transactions.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
