Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address. Your password is stored only as a bcrypt hash — we cannot read it.
- Your conversations. The messages you send and the responses Mike gives, so you can pick up where you left off and so we can review how Mike is answering and improve the service.
- Chats without an account. If you chat with Mike without signing in, we keep the questions you type and Mike's answers for 30 days, for the same review. They are stored under a random anonymous ID and are not linked to a name, email address or account.
- Photos you send. Photos and screenshots (for example a vehicle, a VIN plate, a house, or a listing) are sent to our AI provider so Mike can read them. We do not save the photo in your conversation history; we save what you typed and Mike's written answer.
- Vehicle, property, and job details. The VINs, addresses, asking prices, mileage, and job details you give Mike so he can build a deal card or estimate. When you give them in a chat, they are saved with that conversation.
- What Mike remembers. When you are signed in, Mike may save short notes about your preferences and projects so later answers fit you. Ask us to delete them at any time.
- Location (optional). If you allow location in your browser, or type a city or ZIP code, it is used to give local answers such as weather and nearby listings. You can turn location off in your browser at any time.
- Email list (optional). If you ask for the free guide or price alerts, we keep your email address and whether you confirmed it. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep the address only so we do not email it again.
- Phone number (optional). If you opt in to SMS alerts from Mike AI, we store the mobile number you provide and your consent record.
- Usage records. When you start a voice conversation, so we can protect service reliability and apply account-level service controls.
- Basic technical logs. IP address, browser type, and error details, kept for security and debugging.
- Visit counts. We count visits using a one-way code made from your IP address, browser type, and the date. It changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies or ad trackers.
- On your device. Your browser stores a sign-in token, a random visitor ID, and a few settings so the app works. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
We do not store card numbers. Payments run through Stripe, which handles card details directly.
Text messaging and SMS consent
If you choose to receive texts from Mike AI (Doer Tough) at (888) 759-7174, we collect the mobile number you provide and a record of your consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or sold.
We use your number only to send the program messages you requested (account alerts, reminders, support, and similar service texts). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The data providers above receive the vehicle, address, item, or place being looked up. They do not receive your name, email address, or account. Location and weather lookups go from your browser straight to those services, so they also see your IP address.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Account details and conversations are kept while your account exists. Chats without an account are removed after 30 days. Technical logs are kept for a short period for debugging. SMS consent records are kept while you remain opted in and for a reasonable period after you opt out so we can honor STOP requests. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your account record and your conversations.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data.
- Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Security
Traffic runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access to the database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't reuse elsewhere.
Children
Mike AI is not intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app or by email.
Payments and tax information
Stripe receives the contact, billing address, payment, and tax information you provide at checkout, together with order and subscription details needed to process purchases, prevent fraud, manage refunds, and meet tax obligations. For purchases sold through Link, Stripe acts as merchant of record. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We receive payment status and billing records, but not your full card number.
